Dr. Vliet is the author of six books on women’s health and a national speaker on healthcare reform issues and how the new healthcare law–“Obamacare”–affects patients and their doctors. Dr. Vliet has appeared on national radio and TV, and an invited speaker for healthcare Town Halls, national and international conferences. Dr. Vliet is a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), the voice of independent physicians and patients since 1943.
